Brigitta Vieyra McKinlay is a purpose seeking, creative thinking, meaning-maker who has a healthy obsession with podcasts. She earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from NYU's Steinhardt School. During her time in the program, Brigitta served as Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Student Affairs and co-facilitated Intergroup Dialogue and New International Graduate Student Seminars. She is the author of Parent versus Peer Attachments: An Explicit and Implicit Measurement of Internal Working Models (JoSA vol 8, 2012). During her time at NYU, McKinlay provided academic and developmental support services to NYU student-athletes. Today Brigitta directs and manages compliance within higher education regulatory requirements and creatively operationalizes complex compliance obligations to scale across 15+ global campuses at General Assembly.
