After being an accountant, then a university instructor in two countries, Kojo recently became a software engineer. He's still learning how to do this. Besides his family and friends, he likes teaching, helping new contributors join tech communities, inclusion, Python, and many aspects of east Asian culture(武俠小說, 漫画, 한류). He's from Washington, DC, lives in Houston and is proud to be an Alterconf speaker for a second time.

Discussing Practical Inclusivity
I'll talk about discussing Inclusivity with people who may not understand what makes it important. The "why" focuses on functional benefits of being Inclusive, especially as they relate to the technology space. Next, I'll move on to the "how": what steps can people take to help foster more Inclusion around them?
