Ferdous is a programmer, Bioinformatics student, and RailsGirls Berlin organizer, which offers free workshops for women* without prior experience in programming. She contributes to many OpenSource projects and is a member of RubyMonstas, which founded the diversitytickets.org to help events reach a more diverse audience.
