A behavioral scientist with 16 years of experience using behavior analysis with schools and teachers to improve effective teaching practices, is currently taking on the world by applying scientific strategies with people in organizational settings to improve: employee retention, leadership, communication, motivation, inclusivity in the workplace, and teamwork skills. She has spent the majority of her life advocating for human and disability rights, and after experiencing several levels of gender bias in the workplace, is applying her personal experiences to making workplaces a safer more inviting environment for all. She’s working on a few projects in addition to her consultation work. One project she is proud of is the work she did with the Sally Conference 2015- a behavior based conference to address the mid-career drop-out rate women in tech have encountered. You may find her leading behavior based workshops in New York City or hanging out with her senior dog at the park during her free time.

How To Be BOSS When You're Not THE Boss: Effective Leadership Strategies for Everyone!

The most effective leaders are those who can rely on others to execute confidently and independently. Leaders are measured by how others perform. We will be using applied behavioral science strategies to understand why people do things and how we can prevent common issues when communicating, negotiating, motivating, and leading while working collaboratively on teams. Participants will gain action-oriented and research based tools that can be utilized in their everyday work and lives. Working with others and their work-styles doesn't have to challenging- it can be a learning and growing opportunity!
