Liz Abinante is an engineer living in Portland with her adorable pup and cute human family. She is infectiously enthusiastic about user experience design, web development, teaching, learning, and feminism. She enjoys speaking at conferences, sewing, and a hacking away on interesting problems. Her greatest dream in life is to spend her entire day surrounded by puppies while coding. She currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at GitHub and has previously volunteered for Girl Develop It Chicago and sold her labor to HashiCorp, New Relic, and Instructure.
